Meet Racks! He is a 6 year old black lab mix that was surrendered by his owner after they could no longer care for him.
Personality: Racks is a sweet and social dog who enjoys spending time with his people. Whether he’s hanging out at home, going for walks, or soaking up attention, he’s happiest being part of the family. His gentle nature makes him a great companion for children and other pets alike.
Training: Racks comes with great manners already in place! He is house trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash. He also knows commands like “sit” and “paw.” With his solid foundation and eager-to-please attitude, Racks is ready to settle into his forever home seamlessly.
Updates
He is fitting right into my pack. He is playful with my dog and they are already besties! He has gone nose to nose with my cats and seems to be indifferent. He is well trained! He sits on command and already tells me he needs to go outside by going and sitting by the door. He is a sweet, sweet dog. He likes to be in the same room with me and will chillax with ease! He loves to cuddle and although he is a large ‘glunk’ of a dog, he is extremely gentle. He loves toys. There is no need for a favorite because he loves them all! Through-out the day, he will choose every toy in the basket (see picture) He does the cutest twirling when he is excited and feeling playful! He is not using a crate. He sleeps with me or at the foot of my bed on the floor. He will only get on the couch or bed when invited. When I leave the house, he is free to roam around.
