Meet Jolene! She is a 4 month old, 25lb black lab mix that was found stray in Kentucky.
Personality
Jolene is all puppy! She is playful, silly, and full of energy, but she also has a sweet, cuddly side. She can be a little timid, but she’s gaining confidence as she settles in. She loves attention, playing, and being with her people. After a busy day of puppy fun, she’s more than happy to curl up for a good cuddle and nap. We think she’d love having another playful dog around or an active family who can keep her entertained.
Training
Jolene is doing well with potty training and continues to make progress. She is very treat motivated, which makes her eager to learn and a great candidate for continuing her basic training. And she’s definitely still in the puppy stage—she’s even lost three teeth since arriving in rescue! She’ll need a family who is ready for the fun, patience, and consistency that comes with raising a young dog.
