Honey

Meet Honey!  She is a 2 year old, 56lb yellow lab that was surrendered by her owner after they no longer could care for her.

Personality:  Honey is a beautiful lab with a heart as sweet as her name. She may be a little shy when meeting new people, but it doesn’t take long for her gentle, loving personality to shine through. Once she feels comfortable, Honey enjoys being close to her people and is happiest when she’s included in whatever the family is doing. She has a calm, affectionate nature and would love a home where she can continue to build her confidence while soaking up all the love and attention she deserves.

Honey gets along wonderfully with both children and other dogs, making her an excellent fit for many different families. Whether she’s joining you on a walk, relaxing at home, or simply keeping you company, Honey is a loyal companion who is ready to become someone’s best friend.

Training:  Honey has a great foundation and is ready to transition into her forever home. She appears to be house broken, walks nicely on a leash, and already knows how to sit. While she can be a little reserved in new situations, she settles in quickly with patience and encouragement. Honey’s gentle temperament and willingness to please will make continued training both fun and rewarding.
