Meet Jenna!  She is a 3 year old, 61lb black lab that was rescued from a breeder.

Personality

Jenna is an incredibly sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely loves attention. She is happiest when she’s close to her people and currently prefers to stay right by her foster’s side. Full of cuddles and always happy to be loved on, Jenna has a gentle, loyal spirit that makes her easy to love.

Like many dogs adjusting to a completely new life, but overall, she is a happy girl who continues to gain confidence each day. She is curious about cats and is even beginning to discover the joy of playing with her foster dog sibling. Watching Jenna learn how to relax, play, and simply enjoy being a dog has been incredibly rewarding.

Training

Jenna is still learning what it means to simply be a dog and live as part of a family. Her foster is working with her on basic commands and everyday manners, and Jenna is making progress every day. She is eager to be near her people, which provides a wonderful foundation for continued training and bonding.

Jenna will thrive with a patient, consistent family who can continue showing her that she is safe and loved. With time, encouragement, and plenty of affection, we know Jenna will continue to blossom into an incredible companion.
