Meet Duke! He is a 6 month old, 28lb lab mix that arrived to CLR after being abandoned by his family. He is also the son to Daisy, who was also abandoned and rescued by CLR.
Personality: Duke is a small, sweet, and spirited little guy. He’s a bit cautious, especially around loud noises like cars or barking dogs, but once he feels safe, his gentle nature shines through.
Training: Duke doesn’t know any commands yet, but he’s a quick learner and would benefit from some basic training. He is great on a leash, so he will make a good adventure buddy!
Interests: Duke does well with other dogs, and he loves being petted by people he trusts. We can’t wait to see more of his personality as he transitions!
