Meet Buster!  He is a 5 year old, 67lb yellow lab that found himself in rescue after his owner passed away.  He is a very sweet boy, but is very confused after his life has changed so dramatically.

Personality: Buster is a laid-back, affectionate boy who just wants to be loved! He’s a calm and easygoing boy. He loves people and will happily lean in for pets any chance he gets. While he’s generally good with other dogs, he can be a bit more reserved around larger ones.  On walks, he’s more interested in stopping for pets and soaking up attention than anything else—he’s a total lovebug!

Training:  Buster walks well on a leash but prefers a slower pace with plenty of cuddle breaks. He hasn’t quite mastered basic commands yet, but with a little patience and positive reinforcement, he’ll get there. He’s a smart boy who just needs someone to guide him.

If you’re looking for a sweet, relaxed companion who will happily be by your side, Buster might be the perfect match. Come meet him and see for yourself!

Updates

Here’s updated pics and description for Buster since he’ll likely get interest after the news ☺️

Buster has cuddled his way right into our hearts. He is so easy going and is just happy to be by your side!

His 2 favorite things are attention and treats. He will sweetly approach for cuddles and calmly likes following behind you.

He is low energy but has a playful side when he gets a toy or ball. He also gets along great with other dogs. He respects their space but will play when the time is right.

He walks great on a leash and loves exploring outside! He doesn’t know any commands yet but will eagerly do anything that gets him a treat!

Potty training has been easy-peasy with no accidents in the house, regularly taking him outside has made that successful.

He is crate trained and only whines for a minute when you leave. We have been having him sleep in his crate but he’d happily sleep next to your bed too!
