Meet Amy! She is a 2 year old silver lab that was surrendered to a shelter.
Personality: Amy arrived very scared and shut down. She was timid ar first, but is a total sweetheart. She is good with people, loves other dogs, and even gets along with cats. Car rides aren’t her favorite, but she absolutely loves her walks and will happily trot alongside you. Baths and nail trims? No problem—she’s cool and relaxed through it all. And if you give her a big Nylabone, she’s in heaven.
Training: Amy’s got the basics down! She’s housebroken and crate trained—just say “Kennel,” and she goes right in like a pro. She eats in her crate twice a day and does best without a towel or blanket inside. She’s great on a leash and knows how to behave around other animals. She’s smart, eager to please, and ready to learn!
