About Us

Cincinnati Lab Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization committed to helping local Labrador Retrievers find great homes. Labrador Retrievers are loving and loyal dogs that make wonderful pets and family members! Unfortunately, there are many wonderful Labs without a home. Our volunteers work hard to help the many Labs abandoned daily in shelters, or found on the streets, receive the care they deserve. Our dogs are fostered in the homes of volunteers with great knowledge and appreciation for this loyal breed. We evaluate all of our dogs’ temperaments and suitability for living with other dogs, cats, and children. It is important to us that each dog receives excellent medical care. All dogs are kept up to date on vaccines, heartworm prevention, micro-chipped and spayed or neutered. Our goal is to meet the needs of each dog as an individual and to assure proper placement in a loving forever home.
