Meet Noah! He is a 2 year old, 63lb that was found stray in Kentucky.
Personality: Noah is a big, lovable goofball with a heart of gold! This black Lab is the definition of a gentle giant—funny, happy, and always up for making new friends, whether they have two legs or four. Noah is a social butterfly who loves both people and dogs. He was introduced to a whole pack of dogs, including a protective Great Pyrenees, and handled it like a champ—staying cool even when tested. He enjoys playing with his canine friends and is incredibly gentle, even tolerating some bossy behavior from other dogs. He was initially curious but hesitant about cats, and now he even cuddles with his foster’s blind kitty! Noah can be timid in new situations and is still learning to build confidence. Stairs are his biggest challenge right now, but he’s working on overcoming his fear (with some human assistance). He’s a total sweetheart who deserves a home where he can continue to thrive.
Training: Noah is doing well with house training—he’s only had one accident and even spent a full night inside without any issues. He’s food-motivated (especially when it comes to people food) and is a smart boy! He is eager to please! He does need some help with leash manners and occasional jumping. He loves an adventure and gets very excited!
Medical Disclosure: Noah is experiencing some lameness in his leg. He is scheduled to see a specialist on 3/10 to determine diagnosis and next steps.
